When purchasing from Marine Fish Direct, we understand you may have some questions in relation to the ordering process

How do I calculate the cost of shipping?

Our integration with the courier companies allow us to give you an exact price for shipping to your area.  This will be calculated through the checkout process based on your address, state and postcode. Please check out our Delivery Charges page for more information on interstate options and charges.

Is Delivery to my door?

If you are in NSW and have selected Fastway as the courier option then delivery is to your door. Interstate customers have the option of shipping to their door through fastway for products, and or to the nearest airport for Livestock. Please see our Delivery page for more information on delivery areas.

How long does it take to prepare and ship my order?

We ship Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Delivery time is based on the destination and shipping method chosen.  

What is your DOA policy?

Please contact the store on (02) 8022 8418 in relation to the DOA. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the fish arriving DOA. DOA’s will be handled on a case by case basis. Please not we are not responsible for courier delays to your location if you select Fastway Couriers as the delivery method. DOA's will not be looked into after a 24 hour period after delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes we encourage this for our NSW customers. You can pickup from our store at Shop 3, 1 Exchange Parade Narellan NSW 2570.  We accept Cash, EFTPOS and all major cards. Our trading hours can be found on our Store Location page.

Do you ship internationally?

No unfortuntely we only ship Australia Wide.
